Windward is a luxury two-story villa on Cooper Hill in Sandy Lane Estate with a 5-bedrooms suites and 5.5 bathrooms. The villa sets in over 1,5 acres of carefully landscaped grounds with « secret » relaxation areas with benches for guests. The villa is located in spacious tropical gardens. It’s a private property, fully fenced and gated, with a main foyer and a side entrance through the courtyard. There is a separate building on site with fully equipped gym, garage and pantry.

 

Passing through the main lobby, a beautifully designed double staircase with wrought iron railings leads upstairs to the magnificent master bedroom, study and two additional bedrooms.

All bedroom suites are air-conditioned and have ceiling fans, safes and cable TV. The en suites bathrooms have marble finishes, double vanities and rain showers, with the exception of the master bathroom, which has a tub, large rain shower and toilet. There is a powder room next to the main foyer.

The main open plan living area leads through French doors to the spacious covered veranda, creating a vast space for indoor and outdoor entertainment. There are tropical garden and swimming pool just steps away from the main veranda.

 

Guests staying at Winward villa have exclusive access to Sandy Lane Beach facilities at Sandy Lane – this does not include the Sandy Lane Hotel. The Beach facilities offer beach loungers, umbrellas, free Wi-Fi and a bathroom with shower. There is a full bar on site where you can buy drinks, lunch and light snacks, or, if guests prefer, the chef can prepare a picnic lunch packed in the cooler for your day at the beach. Being located on the Sandy Lane Estate, Sunset Crest and Holetown are 5 minutes drive away, where there are plenty shopping, dining and entertainment.

It is 40 minutes drive from airport, 30 minutes to get Bridgetown, 20 minutes to Speightstown and Holetown is 5 minutes away.
