On the ground floor there is a master bedroom with walk in closet, bathroom with shower, Jacuzzi and French doors leading to a spacious covered patio, private garden and white-sand beach. The open-plan kitchen and living room has a seating bar and an entertainment system with all modern cable channels. The plunge pool is protected from the sun, while sun loungers are set in the lush garden and beach.

The first covered terrace is ideal for morning coffee overlooking the bay, and then descends to the beach to enjoy snorkeling and plenty of water. Many water sports activities are available.

Reeds House has a friendly concierge who can help guests plan excursions around the island, whether connecting to many nearby world-class golf courses, taking a walk along the wild side of the island on an exciting safari tour, or booking to swim with sea turtles and dance away on one of our catamaran cruises. The chic boutiques and luxury shops are just a 10-minute drive from Holetown. You can find many of the island’s best restaurants on the coast, including the world known The Cliff Restaurant and the unique chic Lone Star. Reeds House 1 with a cook and housekeeper, allows you to relax and enjoy your vacation to the fullest, while we will take care of your every desire.

The villa is 50 minutes to drive from airport, 30 minutes to get Bridgetown, 10 minutes to Speightstown and Holetown is 15 minutes away.
